EPOS and retail management specialist Futura Retail Solutions has been a client since 2006 and we continue to provide PR and marketing communications support to build and sustain awareness of their EPOS technology with leading store groups and retail brands.  Each year Futura invests in a stand at the Retail Business Technology Exhibition where they demonstrate their software to prospects and customers.  Huge resources in time and resources to pay for and man the stand, so Futura needs to be confident they get a fast return on investment.


Clear messaging to differentiate the company’s technology and services combined with strong news stories, positions the company as an authority in the Fashion and Lifestyle sectors, keeping Futura’s technology front of mind.  So, in addition to writing a release and sending to all key press, GSPR uploaded the show release and previous stories to the Exhibition website to demonstrate their success.

GSPR also wrote a blog for the Futura website which goes to all key customers and prospects and posted about this across Futura’s social media platforms. GSPR then suggested 6 key benefits to post about and began a full social media campaign on the lead up to and at the event ensuring Futura was on all visitor’s minds. GSPR also promoted one of Futura’s customers that was speaking at the event showcasing the success of their retail business, powered by Futura’s system.



In 2016 Futura had their best ever show with:
